We understand that you want a great job at a fair price, but you also want good communication. We are so committed to giving you great service that we’ve put together a four star guarantee for you AND if we don’t meet these guarantees, we will give you $50! It’s as simple as that!
- 1. We will contact you within one working day (for non-urgent work). If it’s an emergency, we will call you back as soon as we get your message.
- 2. We will get any quotes to you within two working days from date of site visit.
- 3. We will answer any communication from you within two working days.
- 4. If we have an emergency that means we have to delay your job, we will let you know straight away.
Every now and again (it’s pretty rare to be honest), we go on holiday. When we do, there will be a message on our answer machine and emails. During this time we won’t respond to emails or phone calls but our message will state when we are back on board and we will contact within one working day of our return.
Saturday and Sunday don’t class as working days. If you call us at 4pm on Friday, we will call you back by 4pm on Monday unless it’s an emergency when we will call you back as soon as we get your message.
